Inihaw na Hito

Delicious catfish (hito) native in the Philippines that is covered with our delicious marinade. It is grilled slowly and careful atop a hot bed of charcoal. It goes great with hot rice and you can even mix up a sawsawan of your own liking.

Pork Inihaw

Filipino style pork barbeque made more delightful with our very own delicious marinade. The pork barbeque are slowly and carefully grilled over a hot bed of charcoal to make sure that it is cooked properly and well for our dear customers and that grilled taste is sipped through and through the meat.

Inihaw na Liempo

Filipino style pork belly slices (inihaw na liempo) made more delightful with our very own delicious marinade.
