Buko pandan salad is a dessert consisting of pandan-flavored gelatin and shredded young coconut mixed with cream and sweetened milk.
Halo-Halo sa Banga
We serve our special Halo-halo in a banga that is locally-sourced from Ilocos. Halo-Halo is a popular Filipino cold dessert which is a mixture of crushed ice, evaporated milk and various ingredients like ube, sweetened beans, coconut strips, sago, gulaman (seaweed gelatin), pinipig rice, boiled root crops in cubes, fruit slices, etc.
Leche Flan is a traditional Filipino dessert that is commonly served at Fiestas and other special occasions. It is caramel custard made of milk (‘Leche‘ in Spanish), sugar and eggs and usually flavored with vanilla and key lime zest.
